Fort Worth Sister Cities International is offering an opportunity for members and culinary aficionados to embrace the art of northern Italian cooking in a culinary immersion tour. Italy is universally known for its exquisite cuisine. Traditional dishes are imitated in several cultures around the world, particularly here in the United States. The first four days will be spent in Reggio Emilia, where we will make a sojourn to city hall, be officially welcomed by city officials and enjoy a cultural and educational tour of the beautiful city. In addition, a cooking lesson and demonstration will be given at a local cooking school. The remaining six days of the tour will be a Tuscan experience. Visits to the historic city of Siena and the fishing villages of Cinque Terre will make this tour a truly unforgettable experience.
